Summary of Donations to Derby and Burton Hospitals Charity
Rachelle spent many occasions over the years on the Nightingale Macmillan Unit at the Royal Derby Hospital. She got to know the doctors and nurses on the unit very well and they took her warmly into their hearts. Rach didn't enjoy going into hospital but if she had to go in, she only wanted to go into the Macmillan Unit! She loved doing crafts with the art ladies and getting her feet massaged by the therapists. Rach was so grateful to the unit that she donated over £500 to them. Your donations will go directly to the unit to help them provide care to terminally ill patients like Rach.
